At Meerane station, follow the A4 signs, uphill on cobblestones, to the Hotel Schwanefeld. At the fork, turn left onto the bike/pedestrian path and head towards Glauchau into the industrial area. Continue here towards Glauchau and before the 2nd roundabout turn left into the Wedding Forest and ride through it to the railway underpass.
Pass under this to Seiferitz and then go straight at the roundabout. After crossing the motorway underpass, climb uphill and turn right onto the farm road towards Glauchau reservoir/connection to Mulde bike path. At the Schönbörnchen water tower turn right and immediately left. Downhill through the residential area to the stop sign and turn right. Turn left into the railway underpass and then left again on Albert-Köhler-Straße to the end. Here turn left again, cross the traffic lights, continue straight and before the bridge turn left onto the bike path. Follow this to the second bridge.
Cross the bridge and follow the bike path signs into the city center. Turn left into Auestraße and ride to the roundabout Leipziger Platz. Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit and stay on the main road to the station. Turn left at the station into Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße and follow it to the end.
Now turn left and ride to the S 252, then turn left again to follow signs to Reinholdshain. After the railway underpass, veer slightly right and at the next intersection turn right following signs to Ebersbach.
At the outskirts of Ebersbach turn left towards Callenberg and at the next junction turn right to Callenberg. Cross B 180 and veer slightly right on the one-way street. The tour continues via Reichenbach and Langenchursdorf to Waldenburg. In Waldenburg, turn right towards the town center and before the Mulde bridge turn left into Grünfelder Park. Ride through it to Remse. In Remse, cross the bridge to the right, then turn left. Turn right before the savings bank and take the second street left to Pfaffroda. Follow the bike path sign to Schönberg. In Schönberg turn left onto the bike path to Meerane and ride to the cemetery in Meerane. After the cemetery, turn right towards the town center and follow the main road to the station.
